The Cluetrain Manifesto: The End of Business as Usual

A fantastic book written by by Christopher Locke, Rick Levine, Doc Searls, David Weinberger. The book centers around the voice of the web. In otherword how conversations and interation online in all of the various forms from chat rooms, email, discussion boards, blogs and more are providing voice to consumers. If you are an executive in most any type of company you need to read and understand this book.
